At Playful Hearts Kids Entertainment, we want to make sure that your event goes off without a hitch. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or for last-minute cancellations on the day of the event. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re happy to work with you to ensure the best experience for your child’s special day.
